I am a Postpartum Doula with over 12 yrs experience. I am serving clients in St Louis, MO, and surrounding area. I have extensive experience working with preemies and multiples. I have advanced training in Lactation, Herbs in the Childbearing Year, and Postpartum Mood Disorders.

Some of the services I offer are
  • Breastfeeding counseling
  • infant care skills
  • emotional support for mom
  • meal prep
  • laundry
  • light housekeeping
  • errands
  • help with older siblings


I also provide antepartum care, for a mom who needs to be on bedrest during her pregnancy.

I cater my services to the individual needs of each family. I look forward to serving your family in any way I can.
