A joyful birth involves preparation

Choosing the right woman to support your birth is vital for "mothering of the mother-to-be". My love of family and wish to nurture birthing women can help ensure them a lifetime memory of joy. What is important to me is giving with meaning and purpose.

I trained as a Doula in 2004, have attended births for three years and have been teaching HypnoBirthing for one year. I am also a classical violinist, formerly playing with orchestras at home and abroad, and currently enjoy teaching violin to children and adults.

• a five week course for the couple consisting of 2.5 hours each week involving preparation for childbirth with the skills of profound relaxation and self-hypnosis for childbirth
