I Just Got "Told" To Hurry Up!

by Chante
(IN)

This morning, I took my baby's diaper off and saw that she was starting to release her liquids. I told her to, "Wait. Hold on", and she did. Although before I got to the bathroom, she started fussing. I was surprised to hear that since she's usually quiet on our way to the toilet. I told her, "Alright. I know. Hold on."

When we got to the toilet she got quiet again and went to the bathroom! It seems like I was taking too long to get her to the pot! This elimination communication really works and continues to astound me.

Not As Bad As I Thought
by: Chante

You're right! You are close!

I hoped my little journal would help another mother to see that it's not that bad. =) Your baby (and you) will get used to it in time.

I'm only EC'ing part-time. Are you planning on going full-time?

It's great being able to read your experience EC'ing! I'm sure there's days when you don't know if it's really worth it. It's so cool seeing your up's and down's knowing that it will soon be my turn! I'm due with my first in 10 days!!!!!
