Just A Bit Off Schedule

by Chante
(IN)

I have noticed that our morning catches are changing.

We still go, but there are more times that she's just depositing her water in the toilet than before. The only thing I can contribute that to is a change in her diet. With her being 5 months old, she's not nursing as frequently. At times, instead of nursing to sleep, she'll just watch the world go by from her carrier and doze off to dreamland that way. Babywearing affects her nursing which in turn affects her elimination needs.

I seem to be missed in our bed as well. There are times when the night is the perfect opportunity to sit and think. Instead of nursing her with those little drips and drops here and there during the night, she gets her feeding, goes to sleep and doesn't get anything until she's hungry again. Our co-sleeping dictates what she has to eliminate in the morning.

Who knew babywearing and co-sleeping were so integral to a baby's health? I'm glad I know now!
