Full Circle Massage & Doula Care provides affordable, nurturing support during the childbearing year through comprehensive doula services and specialized massage.

A professional doula is the ultimate companion for expecting, birthing and new mothers and her family. The aim for a doula is to enhance the birth process and they are equipped with knowledge and strategies that can help a mother to birth her baby as normally as possible. While in labor, a doula will support the birthing mama emotionally and physically as well as helping her to maintain the best possible birthing environment that she needs. Because a doula meets the expecting mother and her birth companion several times before birth, she will know exactly what is expected of her on the big day and what role the father/companion wants to take on. A doula is a familiar presence at the hospital where it can be quite daunting and frightening for a woman in labor. Being surrounded by so many strangers is often not very conducive to the natural flow of things. Most fathers/companions love having a doula present throughout labor and birth because she is able to remove the stress factor and enhance their support techniques.

I offer prenatal massage, comprehensive (birth & postpartum) doula services, natural birth control counseling, bellycasting & Blessingway planning.

I also support expecting, birthing and new mothers no matter where and how they decide to birth.
