My Name is Christy Grimsley. I am a mom of four girls, a nurse at an OB/GYN clinic, a certified Birth Doula through DONA, a Postpartum Doula and a CAPPA trained Child Birth Educator.

I have been a nurse for close to 7 years now, 3 of which have been specialized in OB/GYN. I have been certified through DONA (Doulas of North America) as a Birth Doula. I also do work as a postpartum doula. I have recently become a CAPPA (Childbirth and PostPartum Professionals Association) trained Child Birth Educator.

Being a Doula and a Child Birth Educator is so rewarding. I came to realize that this is what I truly wanted to do. I am excited to be a part of every birth.

I hope to inspire not only the mother, but the entire family with my knowledge, constant support and resources. I strive to help make the birth of your child the way you always imagined it would be from before the birth and afterwards. I also help the family adjust to their new family life. My philosophy is simple: Your birth... your way.
