My name is Amanda and I am a Birth Doula. I have training in Aroma therapy, acupressure and breast feeding.

My fees include:

1 free consultation to get to know each other and see if we mesh well

2-3 prenatal visits to go over coping techniques and make a birth plan and to go through your thoughts or fears about you upcoming birth.

24/7 on call 2 weeks before your EDD unless you are high risk I make myself on call at all times.

24/7 telephone and E-mail support through your entire pregnancy and postpartum period

Photography of your birth if you wish

I will be with you as soon as you feel you need me and will not leave until a few hours after the birth to help get everyone settled and establish breast feeding.

1 postpartum visit to go over your birth and present you with a Birth story as I saw it as a keepsake to you
